Oktober 2025 hat KT Racing Studio das gro�e Saison 5-Update f�r Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown ver�ffentlicht, welches den Spielern auf technischer Seite eine �berarbeitung der KT Engine bringt und spielerisch neue M�glichkeiten er�ffnet.

So ist es nun m�glich im Solar Hotel und Selene HQ Fahrzeuge zu verkaufen, in den Bekleidungsshops wurde ein Voreinstellungensystem hinzugef�gt und die spielinterne �konomie �berarbeitet. Im Kasino darf zudem nun am Pokertisch Platz genommen werden. Daf�r stehen insgesamt 3 Pokerr�ume mit unterschiedlichen Voraussetzungen (Emerald: 1.000 Solar Coin buy-in; Sapphire; 100.000 Solar Coin buy-in und 15 Hands gewinnen; Ruby: 500.000 Solar Coin buy-in und 50 Hands gewinnen) zur Wahl.

In Hong Kong hat die Spielwelt hier und dort einige gr��ere �berarbeitungen erfahren mit denen man einen realistischeren Eindruck von der Umsetzung vermittelt. W�hrend Ibiza auf eine umfangreichere �berarbeitung noch warten muss und derweil angedacht ist diese in Etappen durchzuf�hren, finden Spieler auf der Balearen-Insel nun die ersten beiden Baustellen, die die Ankunft des Features H�user in Saison 8 ank�ndigen.

Lange Zeitspanne zwischen Saison 5 und Saison 6 wird mit 2 Updates �berbr�ckt

Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown: Saison 5-Update bringt neue Spielmoeglichkeiten Zoom Bevor im M�rz 2026 die Saison 6 erscheint, wird es 2 Updates innerhalb der Saison 5 geben mit denen unter anderem das Problem mit der fehlerhaften Scheinwerferanimation beim Miura behoben werden soll. Ferner ist die Aktualisierung der SRT Hellcat auf das 8-Gang-Getriebe, die Synchronisierung des Tachometers im DeLorean und die Freischaltung der Anpassung der Special Edition-Skins in der Garage/Werkstatt geplant.

Mit Update 1 werden fr�here Solar Pass-Fahrzeuge im Store hinzugef�gt: Saison 3 Solar Pass-Fahrzeuge werden in Saison 5 verf�gbar, Saison 4 Solar Pass-Fahrzeuge in Saison 6 und so weiter. Insgesamt gibt es in jeder Saison 3 neue Special Edition-Fahrzeuge. Mit dem Saison 5 Update 1 kommt der Nissan GT-R "The Tyger", der �ber ein unlizenziertes Breitbau-Bodykit verf�gt, ins Spiel. In Saison 6 der Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series.

Weitere Inhalte des Updates sind fr�here Live-Events-Belohnungen, Emotes, Felgen, Fahrzeuglackierungen/-designs, Bekleidungsst�cke. Im Onlinestore wird ein System die Spieler mit 10 Diamonds pro Woche kostenlos versorgen. Au�erdem werden die Sounds von Aston Martin Vantage GT3 und De Tomaso P72 angepasst. Au�erdem sollen alle weiter unten unter "Bekannte Probleme" aufgef�hrten Eintr�ge behoben werden.

Zum Saison 5 Update 2 ist bislang bekannt, dass sich dieses rund um die Optimierung und Leistungsverbesserung des Spiels auf allen Plattformen drehen wird. W�hrend der Fokus auf den beiden Konsolenversionen liegt, profiziert auch die Steam-Version indirekt von den PS5- und Xbox Series X|S-Spielern zugute kommenden Verbesserungen.

F�r bestimmte derzeit bestehende Einschr�nkungen, zum Beispiel bei Nutzung bestimmter Lenkr�der, liefert das Entwicklerteam zumindest eine Info zum Bearbeitungsstand und gibt, soweit m�glich, Auskunft wann eine L�sung bereitgestellt werden soll. Auf bestimmte Features wie Crossplay, wobei man sich bei KT Racing Studio daf�r entschieden hat zun�chst Crossregion anzubieten, werden Spieler aber noch einige Zeit warten m�ssen. Gegenw�rtig gibt es keinen konkreten Zieltermin und es wird damit gerechnet diese Funktionalit�t zum Ende 2026 fertiggestellt zu haben.
