Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown: Saison 5 Update 2 bereit, Ausblick auf Saison 6

  ZoomTest Drive Unlimited Solar CrownAlle BilderNachdem Nacon und KT Racing Studio seit Dezember 2025 mehrfach zu dem Saison 5 Update 2 für Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown und den damit verbundenen Fehlerkorrekturen und Verbesserungen informiert haben, wurden am Dienstag, 10. Februar 2026 die Server planmäßig zur Aktualisierung des Open World-Rennspiels heruntergefahren, aktualisiert und wieder aktiviert.

Mit dem für PC, PS5 und Xbox Series X|S bereitstehenden Update erfolgen weitere Optimierungen und die Behebung von Problemen im Spiel. Gleichzeitig werden bei einigen Fahrzeugen bis dato bestehende Unstimmigkeiten behoben und insgesamt die Programmstabilität verbessert. Zusammen mit dem Änderungsprotokoll, welches die allgemeinen und auch plattformindividuellen Maßnahmen benennt, haben die Entwickler auch eine Liste bekannter Probleme veröffentlicht die weiter unten eingesehen werden kann.

Ferner hat man mitgeteilt, dass die gegenwärtig zu hohen Upgradekosten für die Fahrzeuge Ford F150 "The Adventurer", Nissan GTR "The Tyger" und BMW M4 Competition "PUMA Go Wild" und der Umstand, dass ein im Casino gewonnenes Fahrzeug nicht verkauft werden kann (Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series), mit dem Saison 6-Update, welches der ursprünglichen Planung nach im März kommen soll, behoben werden.

-Fixed wrong weather and surface announced in some race preview panels
-Fixed an issue where avatar and NPC were facing back to the camera when failing a taxi contract

-Fixed cases when NPCs were clipping with the couch they're seated on
-Fixed various clothes clipping with the player's avatar
-Fixed 'Processing Request' pop-up persisting on the item's purchase screen
-Fixed little black boxes sometimes appearing during navigation races
-Fixed AR of some gas station not removed when corresponding setting is off
-Fixed the Personalized Outfits in the wardrobe displays the saved outfits from a different account instead of the character from the current account
-Fixed the character model's hairstyle appears as 'Shaved Head' in the wardrobe after switching from the 'The Chauffeur' and '1% President' outfits
-Fixed the player is able to drive underneath buildings in 'Dalt Villa' district 'Ibiza' due to missing ground assets
-Bohemian outfit corrections
-Boater hat, Crocodile coat and PUMA clothes geometry corrections
-Fixed POI disappearing when trying a world interact at the same time as another player
-Fixed and improved the Alyss Hot Head and other event call outs
-Fixed traffic lights not working in Causeway Bay

Steering Wheels
-Fixed a performance issue for Logitech G920 wheels
-FIxed wheel angle not being correct for some wheels
-Now non-SDK wheels (others than Thrustmaster Fanatec, Logitech) will find the wheel angle slider in options menu grey out and unusable. But can be managed through each constructor steering wheel app.
-Fixed a crash with some non-Trueforce Logitech wheels
-Fixed steering wheel animation in cockpit view when switching from steering wheel to pad or keyboard input (like driving with a steering wheel and using a button to put turn indicator)

PC
-Enabled multiple controllers at the same time.
-Move dynamic probe from high to ultra in "SSR" option
-Fixed players gaining an unfair time advantage through alt-tab while in-game

PS5
-Removed HDR black point and white point options on consoles to directly use console parameters.
-Improved dynamic resolution

Xbox Series
-Removed HDR black point and white point options on consoles to directly use console parameters.
-Fixed game returning to main menu when using a secondary controller after disconnecting the primary one.

XSX, PS5 - Attempting to change car in the garage menu of a workshop leads to a "Server Unavailable" error message on the first attempt. - Further attempts should succeed as expected.
XSX, PS5 - Possible crash when using Graphics mode and driving around specific areas on Ibiza Island.
XSX, PS5, PC - Two emotes available in the Online shop appear to have the same name.
XSX, PS5, PC - Globally, a few clothing items may still appear to clip with other specific items.
XSX, PS5, PC - When a passenger requests a window to be opened/closed, only using Alyss will fulfill the request, not using a custom keybind.
XSX, PS5, PC - Some specific clan races on Ibiza Island have an holographic racing line that goes outside of the road, also leading AI opponents to lose time. - Here are the three concerned races that were discovered: 'Highway to Heaven', ' Shopping in Ibiza Town', 'Night Drive in the Marina'.
