ZoomForza Horizon 5Bilder vom 23.06.23Playground Games hat am Dienstag, 20. Juni 2023 das Series 22-Update mit der Bezeichnung "Upgrade Heroes" für Forza Horizon 5 veröffentlicht. Das Update steht dabei ganz im Zeichen von Donut Media und ermöglicht seit Donnerstag, 22. Juni 2023 Hi-Low-Fahrzeuge zu fahren, die eigenen Fahrzeuge zu modifizieren und auf der Horizon-Teststrecke auszufahren und eine neue Horizon-Story zu erleben.
Wie inzwischen üblich, beinhaltet die Aktualisierung auch verschiedene Fehlerkorrekturen. Dazu gehören diesmal folgende behobene Probleme und Verbesserungen:
-Neuer Motorsound für den 2003 Nissan Fairlady Z (350Z).
-ASL/BSL wurde für Donut Media Teil 1 Horizon Story eingeführt.
-Verbesserte Replikation von Ghosting bei Anti-Griefing-Maßnahmen in Multiplayer-Rennen.
-Spiel konnte abstürzen, nachdem man ein unsichtbares "DLC-Auto" als Geschenk erhalten hatte.
-Die Traktionskontrolle wurde reaktiviert, nachdem ein EventLab vom Zielbildschirm aus neu gestartet wurde.
-Zertrümmerte Bonustafeln zeigten manchmal den falschen Wert in der Benutzeroberfläche an.
-Der Standardwert für die Lenkraddrehung war nicht korrekt eingestellt.
-Der Eliminator-Timeout-Balken zeigte die falsche Zeit an und eliminierte Spieler vorzeitig.
-Die Auszeichnung "Racing Champion" wurde nicht freigeschaltet, obwohl ein Horizon Open-Event gewonnen wurde.
-Das Lenkrad des Audi RS6 Avant aus dem Jahr 2021 hatte invertierte Schaltwippen und eine falsche Mediensteuerung.
-Die Anti-Lag-Pop-Animation fehlte oder wurde bei bestimmten Fahrzeug- und Bodykit-Kombinationen abgeschnitten.
-Der Charakter des Spielers konnte nach dem Speichern einer Fotomodus-Voreinstellung verschwinden.
-Bestimmte kosmetische Gegenstände wurden fälschlicherweise als durch Wheelspins verfügbar markiert.
-Quick Chat-Phrasen wurden nicht angezeigt, wenn das Logitech G920 D-Pad in Freeroam und Events verwendet wurde.
Neue Donut Media Hi-Low-Horizon-Story
Zoom Donut Media stellt modifizierte Fahrzeuge bereit die in der Hi-Low-Story erlebt werden können. Nach der Einführungsmission kann mit Hi oder Low fortgefahren werden. In jeweils sechs Kapiteln sind vier Fahrzeuge freischaltbar. Dabei handelt es sich um die Donut Media Nissan 350Z Hi-Low Cars, den 1994 Ford Supervan 3 'Donut Media Edition' und 1996 Formula Drift No51 Donut Media Nissan 240SX.
Mit der Hi-Low-Story verknüpft sind auch 20 Accolades/Auszeichnungen und 1 besonderes Accolade "Upgrade Heroes Collector" im Gesamtwert von 28.250 Karrierepunkte. Im Spiel sind dazu passend 3 Donut Media Merch-Stände in und um Guanajuato und Horizon Mexico verteilt und es findet sich auf der Horizon Baja-Strecke in der zweiten Woche der Festival Playlist ein zerstörbares Tank-Mechaniker-Pinata Sammlerobjekt.
Zoom Die Horizon-Teststrecke wartet auf die Spieler und kann über ein eigenes Kartenicon aufgerufen werden. Mit 27 neuen Felgen, 6 neuen Autohupen, 5 neuen Badges, 15 neuen Auszeichnungen im Wert von 6.750 Karrierepunkten sowie 5 Belohnungen, 5 Belohnungsfahrzeugen für die Festival-Playlist plus jeweils 4 Fahrzeugen als Donut Media HiLow-Belohnungsfahrzeuge und im Horizon Racing-Paket, stehen Forza Horizon-Spielern abwechslungsreiche Tage und Wochen bevor.
